About The Event

We are bringing back our favorite chef for this months wine dinner.  Join Duckhorn Vineyards, Chef Kelly Hightower and our team here at The Kitchen for another amazing evening.  Limited number of tickets still available.

1st Course 

Steelhead Trout, Black Quinoa, Roasted Corn Crema, Picked herb Salad

2nd Course 

Smoked Mushroom Boudin, Green Gumbo, Crisp Okra

3rd Course 

Braised Beef Rib and Potato Knish, Sundried Cherry relish, Bordelaise Sauce

Dry Aged New York Strip with Shishito Chimichurri, Fried Shallots
