About The Event

Our March 5 course wine dinner will feature Neyers Vineyards paired with another of our amazing 5 course meals. Spend an evening with our chef, Somalia and guest from Neyers Vineyards as they explain each course and pairing. Tickets are limited and sell out fast.


1st Course

Pan Seared Sea Scallops, quinoa, mandarin-ginger butter paired with Neyers Chardonnay, Carneros (2015)

2nd Course

Veal meatball, white cheddar grits, herb gremolata paired with Neyers Sage Canyon Red Wine, California (2015)

3rd Course

Duck confit sausage cassoulet, dried cherry-pasilla chile jam paired with Neyers Left Bank Red, Napa Valley (2015)

4th Course

Waygu short rib, sundried tomato, fingerling potato, cabernet sauvignon reduction paired with Neyers Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley (2015)

5th Course

Red wine sorbet with fresh fruit paired with Neyers Zinfandel Vista Luna, Borden Ranch (2015)
