ensure that your order arrives at its destination in perfect condition, it's
shipped using exclusive Protection packaging. All meats are individually
shrink-wrapped, then frozen fresh to lock in all the natural juices and flavor.
The meats are packed in reusable polystyrene container with enough gel ice
packs to ensure safe delivery. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty
corrugated box for an additional layer of protection. It's the best way to
ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition.

Holiday Delivery Information
We
make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped by Fed
Ex to ensure the product arrives in wholesome condition. For shipments that
need to arrive between December 9th and December 25th, the following rules
apply:

We
will guarantee delivery within 5 business days of receipt of your order but
cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day.

The
last day to order for guaranteed holiday delivery (before December 25th) is
December 18.

All
shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO boxes). Damage due to
incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure
to double-check all addresses. Recipient shall be there on the date the
delivery is to arrive. We will not be responsible for spoiled products due to
the above requirements.
